How much does it cost to attend the conference?
- $90.00 for Friday and Saturday - No Housing
- $55.00 for Friday Only - No Housing
- $70.00 for Saturday Only - No Housing
How can I register for the conference?
- To register, you will need to complete the registration form on the Mens Advance Conference website: https://mnaog.org/mensadvance/
- Registration must be completed online.
- Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable.
- When you register, you will want to select "Register as a group."
- Registration instructions can be found in the church foyer at the Information Counter, or you can access instructions here.
- While there is no posted registration deadline to attend this event, we'd like you to register no later than 02/15/2025 to give us enough time to book hotel rooms.
Where are we staying?
- VVAG is going to stay off campus at the Super 8 Hotel in Alexandria, MN.
- If you are in need of a room, please reach out to Scott A. before 02/15/2025.
How much does it cost to stay at the Super 8 Hotel?
- Cost will be determined after we have confirmed how many men need a room to stay in..
- Hotel Costs will be appx $60-$65 per person based on double occupancy.
- We will know actual costs closer to the event.
- Payment for hotel room will be collected separately from the conference fee since we are staying off campus and arranging our own hotel accommodations.
How will I know who is attending from VVAG?
- We would like for everyone planning to attend to add their name to the Interest Form located at the Information Center in the Church Foyer.
- Note: This form will not register you for the conference.
- The information collected by the church will allow us to coordinate with this group of men prior to and during the conference.
