About Youth Camp:
- Lake Geneva Youth Camp days are filled with laughter, fun, excitement, friends and worship, all in an environment that honors God and encourages spiritual growth. Counselors and staff provide strong, caring, consistent Christian leadership in a heart-softening, safe atmosphere. We have been praying for each camper as they prepare for their time with us this summer. Lives are changed every year at Lake Geneva Youth Camps!
- Interest Form: There is an interest form located at the Information Center in the church foyer.
How old does my child/ren have to be to attend?
- Students going into 6th - Graduated Seniors.
- Current year graduates are welcome to attend Senior Teen or Combined camps one last time!
How much will it cost?
- $280 per student plus any extra late fees.
- $15 per student if they would like a camp shirt.
- Provide payment (cash/check) to Allie S, or the church office.
- Checks should be written out to Valley View AG, memo "Teen Camp".
Is there fundraising available for my child/ren to cover part of the cost?
- Students can participate in fundraising by setting up/tearing down the garage sale.
- Set Up: Sunday, April 28, 2024 at 11:30am
- Tear Down: Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 1:00pm
All Parents/Guardians MUST:
- Complete VVAG Permission/Emergency Form
- This slip will cover all kids ministry events for the remainder of the 2024 year when travel is required by the church. These will be available at the church. Completed permission slips can be given to Allie S.
- Let the church know if your child/ren has any food allergies, or requires medication.
- Not send their child to this event if they are sick. Child/ren should be cough-free, cold-free, fever-free, not feeling nauseous.
How do I register my child/ren for camp?
- Online Registration: Visit www.msmstudent.com/camp to register on Campwise. Use YGR code 305
- Registration Deadline: Monday, July 1, 2024 at 11:00 CST
- Returning: Parents who logged into the leader portal last year, you're login and password info will remain the same.
- First-Time: If this is your first time logging in to the leader portal, your 1-time use password*: summer
- You will be asked to change your password the first time you sign in thereafter. Please remember this login info for next year.
How will my child/ren be transported to camp?
- They will ride in the church bus.

What to Bring:
- Modest attire for chapel • Sleeping bag or sheets/blanket • Pillow • Towels • Jacket • Sweatshirt • Extra shoes • Athletic clothes • Flashlight • Modest swimsuit (1-piece/tankini or swim trunks) • Shampoo • Conditioner • Soap • Toothbrush and Toothpaste • Any additional toiletries you need • Watch • Bible • Notebook • Alarm clock • Copy of insurance card • And a friend!
What not to Bring:
- Cell phone • Tobacco • Illegal drugs • E-cigs/Vapes • Shaving cream (gel only) • Fireworks • Electronic games • Firearms • Radios • Expensive jewelry • Knives • Weapons • Video cameras • Water guns or balloons • Over the counter meds • Condoms • Anything illegal
Camp Insurance:
- Please send a copy of your insurance card with your student to camp. Students are covered by LGCC’s accident insurance on a secondary basis. In case of an accident, the student’s family will be billed for any medical expenses. LGCC’s secondary insurance will pay the balance of all qualifying expenses not covered by the family’s insurance.
Lost & Found Policy:
- LGCC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. After 30 days, unclaimed items become the property of LGCC & may be donated to families in need or given to charitable organizations.
